Hi Everyone,
I posted a few questions a few days ago but no one responded so hopefully if you can, you could read it and let me know what you think. Also, I have a new question since I have been reading a little more on here. My husband had his medical completed December 27, 2009 and we sent in the application in early February 2010. I was reading how medicals expire and am now wondering if he will have to do the medical again since it's been over a year and obviously the application will be delayed. Just to recap, we sent in everything in early Feb. 2010, approved for sponsor in March 2010, Buffalo started processing on May 26, 2010, received letter from them on December 9, 2010 asking for three documents: children's long form BC, criminal paperwork from years ago (which I had already sent in with application) and the State Pardon for that conviction (which I also sent in with application). I sent those document in and they received them on Monday, January 31 at 11:59 pm. So, hopefully I don't get another letter stating "he must get a new medical since it has now expired"!! Which would then delay it again by a few months!! I just don't understand how some of us have been waiting a long time and then some people applied and land within a few short month.....within the Buffalo office!!! Please give me some advice....any advice. Thank you again for listening and helping.
