I agree with the last couple of posts. To my knowledge the medical exams are just to determine if the person being sponsored will be a burden on the health system (ie. a kidney dialysis patient, etc.) or a cantagious person that could potentially cause an epidemic (ie HIV, tuberculosis, etc.)...

How long does it take to get PR card? Wasn't it like 45 days after receiving a visa? I remember some people (like last summer/fall) had to wait like 2 months to get it..

I think if you don't send it in by the deadline that your case is considered abandonned and they close it. I can't seem to find anything when I googled it. So I'll double check some other papers I have :) Why are you wondering?

Yay Jessibee!! I called Canadapost today, my passport will be here tomorrow :) I will be landing Monday on my way home from visiting my family. My e-cas still has not changed...haha.
