I finally sent my app off yesterday! It feels like a relief, at the same time I found it comfortable to be able to read through the papers over and over again and change and add things. Now all I can do is hope for the best! Good luck everyone!

The more I read the forums the more it worries me and there is nothing I can do about it! Try not to read too much...keeps the stress levels down!

I will finally send off my application tomorrow. That damn police check from Australia finally arrived today - YIPPEEEEE

Will now have to fedex it off from UK to Mississauga so will take 3 to 4 working days to arrive, as opposed to when my husband left on Sunday and could have taken it with him and could have Purolated it overnight from Calgary, but ho hum, now it will finally, fanally go!!

Will let you know as soon as I have confirmation its arrived.

Congrats Mandi... Very exciting to be able to send it off...

just thought i would update that the Tracking finally showed that our application arrived on Oct 05. After the scare of the Tracking not updating and it saying it hadn't left the deopot till it arrived... sigh
We are now at the point of asking each other every day if we had heard anything knowing full well its not even been looked at yet...The madness that is immigration, not sure what i would have it i didn't have myself to drive crazy.

Thanks Spacey, that's really kind, I never actually thought it would get gone. The whole completed thing has been sitting on my coffee table for almost 6 weeks waiting for this one piece of paper. The number of times I almost sent it off without it, but I'm so glad I'm able to send the whole lot together.

Hi x5, how did you send the application? The only way to work out if it has been recieved is to check the tracking you hopefully put onto the delivery. Otherwise, you won't know until they let you know about the decision of the sponsorship, which is about one month for outland and 9 months for inland.

21-Sep....that is good as we all expected more than 30 days. unfortunately, Oct has a long weekend for thanksgiving and Nov has rememberance day. It is starting to get wet and cold so they officials should have shorter breaks!

Can't wait to see some OCT people getting approvals!
