ecas is working....!!it is says 24 hours/7days a week;....and I simply took it as they update everyday..... ...but update is not 24 hours........

We received ### application for permanent residence on December 29, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

Ohh they have been busy updating Ecas!! Ours has been updated too. I had an email waiting for me this morning from Matthew's tracker to say Ecas had been updated. It says our application was received December 9th and the medical results have been received. At least lots of us are finally seeing something happening!!

Congratulations to all that have had this update...we should be hearing soon.

Jen, ours was received on the 17th in london. So I know when you get you PPR, mine should be along shortly after! Let's send some quick processing vibes down to london!!!

I bet CIC figured that they were getting so many emails and phone calls from applicants desperate for some sort of information that they decided they better update ecas. I have a picture in my mind of them sitting plugging away at a computer putting a whole stack of updates in at the same time! I wouldn't be surprised if a whole lot more get updated today as they seem to be so far behind that they couldn't possibly get everyones done in one day.

Bumbledbee, I will definitely post an update the minute we get any information so you have an idea of how long you still have to wait. You never know...you may get yours first...each case is different and I have seen that happen in the previous months!! <Resuming position....waiting.....>

Congratulations on the AOR's. If you all order CAIPS notes, that'll give you a BF (bring-forward) date, to give you an idea of when they'll actually start processing it, and hopefully giving PPR shortly thereafter.

I checked my status, and of course, no update on eCas. I've been waiting on the Matthews eCas Tracker to email me, but after yesterday, it would seem as though a lot of people never got any kind of email from the system. That encourages me to check manually every other day or so, in the event the tracker isn't working.

I'm looking forward to seeing our first AOR from Buffalo. MizzCanAm and DKA, I'm looking at you!

It means that they have received your application, it's not in process yet. That will come next - maybe within a week give or take a couple of days. The next thing that will show on ecas is "in process".

I think that I'm obessive compulsive also - I check this website and ecas constantly just hoping for a change!!! How sad that immigration has this kind of power over our lives

Greetings all!

Just found this Forum thru Goggle this week. Great Forum!

My wife and I have sent in my outland PR application the first week of Nov 2010. As I will be living in Quebec, we needed to one additional approval from Immigration Quebec. We sent in the form 13-Dec-2010 and received approval on 11-Jan-2011.

Please add me to the list of people to track, for this group of applicants.

I look forward to waiting out this process with all of you, and giving/receiving support as we all wait for the good news!

I'll let everyone know my progress, as we get it. Talk soon!
