Our E-cas is just activated by Buffalo too!!! They started processing on August 18. 8)

Cool, fanatics! I have no ecas change yet, but I got that email last week. My ecas changed on a Thursday last time.. so hopefully it will change this week! Either that or I get an AOR letter.

sbwv09 - we haven't received an AOR letter yet but it seems like we will have the same AOR date!! hopefully our common-law situation wont hold us up!

Hopefully it is soon for both of us! I'm still hoping for PPR by the end of October. I had a weird email situation last week but it boiled down to the fact that my file was created, so I suppose that is 'in process'... so I'm still waiting for some more 'official' information!

my husband just texted me to say that he has been approved, and is to return to the embassy in a few hours to pick up his visa!!!!

I'm sorry, cuds. I got some weird emails last week giving me a file number, but other than that I also have nothing. I know it's frustrating to see others approved while we're just waiting around! Our time will come though!

honestly, when we started this process with accra stated as taking 12-20 months, i really thought i'd be the last one here in the may thread. i am so happy and surprised that it has happened so quickly for us, and i hope that everyone here is soon reunited with their spouse or able to enjoy the full privilege of canadian permanent residency!
