Kaycee.....thinking about the table, the phone call my Mum got for me from the London Canadian High Commission on April 5 was obviously to verbally ask me for this info. As I am technically expected to be at that UK address I think in fairness to the stats my "In process" should really be dated as of then - ie April 5? Thanks.

Yes, I think that would definitely qualify as "in process" ;)- table changed
 
so pleased for u AKGAZ but sad for u at the same time, as the documents request is likely to delay your application even longer isn't it? Atleast we know London is doing something with january applicants!I can't believe yet another week has gone by! They seem to be speeding up which can only be a good thing!
 
I keep seeing updates from you shandymoo and hoping it might be that you've received your PPR but alas, I log on to find out you're still waiting too :(. This game is a complete mind fraggle. A friend who recently emigrated to Oz told me that it's intentional we go through all this stress in order to make sure we want to emigrate. Hopefully next week we'll get some news. Have a good weekend everyone

I am the same way! Whenever i see one of us London January peeps either post in here or in the London outland thread i hope that its news but it never is! Hopefully know we know they have begun processing the PPRs should start rolling in!!!
The only update i got this week is that pinklady and I are from the same small town and we went to the same school!
 
Small world. Did they teach you a lot about Canada in that school perhaps?

Only update I've seen this week is that they've changed the e-cas web site a bit. It now shows "Your current mailing address" above the status of my application. I'm beginning to wonder whether using a lawyer in Vancouver was a good idea as no doubt the letter from London will take a while to wing its way to Vancouver and my lawyer doesn't give me the impression he will contact me the moment the letter falls through his letterbox. I hope to be proven wrong though.

I'll update the table tomorrow night, I'm skiing in Jasper this weekend and don't have the table with me. Congrats on the interview and good luck!
 
Our 3 month application anniversary is today - and since we haven't heard anything yet we've decided to go on vacation!!

J/K - the vacation was already planned - hopefully when we get back (after not checking our email compulsively for 10 days) we will have a lovely little surprise.

Here's to a newsy week filled with lots of PPR.

I hear ya...! I am beginning to wonder the same abt my lawyer in Toronto... although i think India-Canada-India def seems at least a 20 day excluding the delays caused due to lawyer's indifference. i think i want to contact the lawyer and have them change the address so i receive all communication, although i am worried if i change details on the file it might cause unnecessary delays .... :-\ I'll consult with the lawyer and prob then decide...
 
This is so incredibly frustrating!! Why is Buffalo so slow in comparison?! My husband has included all of his FBI and medical information in our package. Hoping that we won't have to redo them.
Anybody have a timeline with how long it has taken for Buffalo from time it has arrived to begin process?
