it's a sheet for you to update your passport particulars and your dependants' - they want the most updated ones from the last time of our application - that's all.

Congratulations! How many total days would that make it for you? I am aiming for <160 (ish) for myself because I am leaving on the 9th of March next year...

It would be great if Sydney started getting through some of those July applicants. I see on the updated timelines that they are now saying 9 months for Sydney!

Thanks! I was actually a few days slower than a lot of people around me, S1 has gotten sooooo quick recently... there was someone else around who submitted their application in November that got it in six days!

Can i ask if you any of you guys are currently living in canada and sent the application to sydney? i am an aussie living in ontario, canada and im desperately trying to decide on the right path to take wether its inland or outland and if i can even apply to the sydney office since im in canada already???

I am not in Canada, but there are a few people in this thread who are living in Canada with their spouses that sent their package outland to Sydney.
There are pros and cons for both sides. If you are living in Ontario the cons are that if you get called for an interview (highly unlikely through the Sydney office), you would have to be available to travel back to Sydney for the interview... The pros are that the timeframe for Outland applications is a lot faster (well it used to be anyway!), and you have the right to appeal if your application is rejected for some reason. There are other pros and cons that I am sure others can make you aware of - but yes, applying outland whilst you are in Canada is fine.

I'm living in Canada at the moment with my husband. He's on a tourist visa now, we've applied for an extension for him.

We're basically hoping the interview gets waived haha. It was due to speed and the ability to travel outside of Canada during the process that made us choose the outland route.
