So I'm guessing that means I disregard the Appendix A - Photo Specifications? So that your permanent resident visa(s) can be issued, please submit the documents listed below:
1. The "Updated Information Chart" in Appendix B, fully completed for you and your accompanying dependents (as applicable).
2. A photocopy of ALL pages of your passport and of the passport(s) for you and your accompanying dependents (as applicable).
Submit the documents according to the instructions in Appendix C. Please also include a copy of this correspondence with your submission.

I find it odd that they would mention photos there when it's not in the original letter... I would think maybe the Appendix C section is a generic "this is how you send stuff in" and I still don't need the photos? Just thought I'd run a sanity check past you guys and see if that makes sense. If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport copies, Appendix B and 2 x Photos to the Case Processing Centre - Ottowa ("CPC-O").
