on Monday i have been there.... after standing in the queue for more than 3 hrs..... they just told me ...."We are working on your file ...we will call you or mail you.... Please here after don't come"

My Status in E-CAS says Decision made...... but they are telling still work is going on in my file............... i really don't know whats happening....

Don't worry, you are almost through their lazy/slow processing and you are a winner too . you will get the visa soon in a week or two . Cheer up.
Hey, you won't be suprised after you come to Canada and looking the Canadian Gov. workers. They are not slow, but dead slow.

Gows, when did they change your eCas status to Decision Made?

my one is IN PROCESS yet. I applied just three week or four week after your one. Can i expect to change the eCas a week or two?

Today i got a call to collect my visa........ its been two weeks or more they had changed my status to Decision made ... I'm not quite sure about the date....

How are you doing? we have one member less .
I am little worried that why they are making delay on our visa. Gows got the status change before at least a week, eventhough she paid Landing fee late. She is lucky.....
But nothing is updated in our status. Do you think something wrong in our application? I don't think ????????????????

Do you guys have any plan to visit CHC coming week?
My husband did not come to Colombo yet. If he comes this week i may ask him to go to CHC.

Hi vaani,

I am a bit anxious too. But not that worried. The processing of Gow's application was started on the 7th of December, if I recalled correctly and their status was changed after reaching the six months period. It was around the 2nd week of June and the timing's okay with regards to the "6 months period". Our application's in process since 31st of Dec. and we're just reaching the last week of the so called 6 moth time frame. Haven't yours been processed since 5th of Jan?

I think we are in good hands. It's more than likely we'll get some news from the CHC-Col within the next 3 weeks, don't you think Vaani? We were not asked to submit anything since the first submission so, I really hope everything's okay.

My husband's going to the CHC on Monday and I'll keep you updated okay.

He was told that the file's with one of the visa officers at the moment and he would be contacted when the final desicion's made. Seems like we have reached the final stage of the process.
