Is this the Client Id and Kit number you got from Mississauga or Sydney? If its from Mississauga for the Sponsor then No dont send it until you have AOR from Sydney with your B-file number..but if you already have an 8 digit Client Id from having a work permit, study permit or visitors record then that will be fine..the Sponsor and Applicant have their own File numbers and Client Ids

Hi everyone,

I sent my application on June 24th and now I can login to ecas. But the page shows only my full name, no status. Does it mean they will return my application?? I'm so confused and worried....
 
Watercast: Are you logging on as the Applicant or the Sponsor?

I did login as the applicant. I tried to login as the sponsor with my sponsor's name and bdate, but i couldn't.

If you are logging on as the applicant then thats normal! It will remain like that until your Visa Office has started processing your application!

Did you try using the Sponsors Details plus the receipt number from when you paid your fees? Both Sponsor and Applicant have different Client Id's and File numbers.
 
Hi guys..just thought id add myself to the list.. application received on June 22, sponsor approved on july 22... processing in london as of july 29!
 
Welcome Canadaireland..Congrats on your sponsorship being approved..you should be "In Process" in London in about 2 weeks :D
 
Sorry misread your post..That was extremely quick!! London seems to be moving at a fast pace recently!
 
I can get log onto E-cas by using the sponsor's info but not mine (sponsored applicant) Is it normal til Buffalo starts to process my application right??

I need to send my FBI certificate to Buffalo but should I wait til I get my own Client ID or should I go ahead to send it with my husband's (sponsor) ID???

Michaelab: Wait until you get your own B-File number and client Id..Buffalo will not recognize your sponsors ID and your FBI Certificate will get lost!
 
Update: Ecas now shows me as "started processing, medical received" at Sydney. Very pleased at how quickly that has happened, to say the least!
 
Wow!! Congrats Lyn! I'm soo excited to see that Sydney is on the ball...woo hooo. Hopefully my sponsorship letter arrives soon and my package is on the way to OZ.
