Hi Everyone ,
i am just new here and I have sponsored my husband. He was here when we got married but had to go to India as he had to submit his pp but right about when he was leaving he got a letter for interview which was on June 15 allthough everything went fine with the interview and the lady who took the interview said he could have gotten the visa but they haven't received his landing fees yet.. and it takes 45 days for processing and landing fees to come to DHC and said once they have received everything they will issue the visa. While on the other hand, the lawyer didn't send the money in a proper way to Mississauga and it was suppose to be paid on June 2 but due to the delay, it got submitted on July 22 ( which was annoying but oh well)...

hey guys i want to tell u that i am not from this forum...but u guys know alot..hey i just noticed when i signed in e-cas using husband details i noticed that one letter is missing from my husband last name and when i loged in i see his name and application recieved on january and medical recieved....nothing else no address nothing..but as of yesturday when i signed in e-cas with my details(i'm the sponsor) i see that two line

husband name in process application recieved
husband name decision made application reieved

when i click on the in process its saying that we started to process ur application on 17th of january...what u guys think about this help please what should i do about the missing letter in his last name

Hello,

There is nothing to worry about two lines in your ecas status and kindly check your spouse name in the sponsorship letter received from CPC-M and if your spouse name is correct in this letter than there is nothing to worry and If there are any significant errors than send email, case specific enquiry and fax to CHC quoting your UCI & file number and indicate the errors to rectify accordingly.

There is nothing to worry about two lines in your ecas status and I guess you have received AOR/PPR and if your spouse name is correct in this letter than there is nothing to worry and If there are any significant errors than email, case specific enquiry and fax (CIC/CHC) quoting UCI, CAIPS & file number and indicate the errors to rectify accordingly.

You should have got sponsorship letter from CPC M, so is your spouse name is correct in that letter or not ?

Yes Manhar, due to non-confirmation of PR Fee to CHC from CPC-M, it will delay the decision on your application. Usually it takes 4-6 week to confirm CHC by CPC-M and you will also receive the PR fee confirmation letter.

Its better you can call CPC-M on 6th Sep and request them to confirm CHC and at the same time mail or fax them and surely it will work out.

yes from cpc-m the name is correct........

If your spouse name is correct in the letter received from CPC-M, so there is nothing to worry now and just relax.

Due to maintenance in the ecas system, sometimes its shows error. In regard of double line or address disappearance is a good sign as it resembles VO are working on your spouse application and you can hear good news soon.

Hello friends, its my first login to this forum, kindly throw some light of your experience. as we have sent our case to imm. centre missisaga. ON. by mid of July, but didn't get any updation like application/case no. etc. etc.. After hw much it will take??

Welcome to this forum and its just beginning kindly be patience and strong.

CPC-M are working with spousal application received on 30th June and you can check updates on every Tuesdays and the link is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-fc.asp, so you can expect good news from them in the second week of Sep.

Now a days CPC-M are sending confirmation on emails too, so kindly check your spam folder before deleting.

guys plz help me out i need ur advice,
my file shows reached delhi on june 7th n the have started processing it on 20th july, n it shows medicals received, but until now i havnt received any PPR. im so worried bout it, wat should i do now? should i email them or jus wait for it, and when do i or should pay landing fees?
all suggestions are welcome......thnks in advance
