Hey ppl,

Need some motivation. My timeline is as follows:

Category: FAM
Applied to Miss: Oct 27, 2010
Rec'd acceptance letter: Nov 23,2010
PPR: Dec 10,2010
Sent PP: Dec 21, 2010
ECAS Status: IN PROCESS since Jan 21, 2010

Waiting...Waiting and Just Waiting

Any suggestions??

Hi, welcome to this thread. A few members who submitted passport in Jan had them returned a few weeks back with Visa.
I am sure yours is just waiting for approval, you should have it any minute. Usually ND does return it within 4-6 weeks but in a few cases they have taken a few months for no reason..

2 more applicants from 2010...so we now have 4 people on this thread from 2010 without a Visa...
all i can say is just be patient and we will have it soon...some cases have been delayed without reason by ND...looks like we have 4 of them here...still counting..

I know I posted about this a few days ago, but wanted to post this again...if you haven't already, please add your case to this excellent case tracker and update it as changes happen. It gives a great snapshot view of what everyone is going through and where everyone is at.

Hi Gagan,
I think it's same thing as you..some forms (I think 3) and pix and pp with visa. I just saw visa this morning and that was enough...lol..I'll ask my wife and let u know.

Hey, he leaves on the 13th at 8:15am, he lands in Montreal at 8pm. He's on Bristish Airways and it was about 724CND with taxes.

will he be landing in Montreal?

Cause from what i hrd that you can only land in Quebec if you have CSQ, but CSQ holders can land anywhere in Canada.

did u try to contact ur MP or tried to order the CAIPS notes? i would suggest u to do one of these things....may be ur MP can get a quicker reply from chc nd on ur behalf

she is from Ottawa, so she should be fine..not 100% sure.

You can land anywhere. You just have to have an address and proof you are leaving Quebec. It was easier to land there than TO that's 4 hours away.
