if you had lawyer representing you, then he is authorised to make CSE or email

Thanks for the details guys, so if i understand this correctly a sponsor can not make a request and it should be the applicant...so ill ask her to email from her email addy...

Yes Sir, its fast and reliable..they always have a standard version which says regular mail..who in this freakin world will send a PP through regular mail..nd is so fu$king dumb !

on her PR application forms, she didnt appointed anyone as her representative...neither you nor any lawyer.
So only she can make enquiry.
So , yess she can email from her email id.

so i went in today to see the MP of my area.
talked to his assistant. she took all the details and said she will email and will update me when she gets a response.

I got the Passport back with Visa stamped. I 'm feeling very releaxed now. The wait is over...very exciting to see my hubby after 3 months now. once again i would like to Post my timeline as following:

Sponsorship application applied: Dec 15/2010
Approved: Jan 15/2011 ( Status got change into "DECISION MADE" on sponsorship application)

On Jan 28 ecas updated as "PR APPLICATION RECEIVED AND MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED".

New Delhi made verification call on Feb 12/2011

Ecas updated on Feb 20/2011 from APPLICATION RECEIVED TO "IN PROCESS"
PPR received on Feb 22/2011
Passport sent Feb 23/2011
Delivered on Feb 24/2011

Ecas status changed into "COMPLETE" on March 06/2011
Passport received with the Visa stamped on March 07/2011

Every single minute was killing in between that timeline. i really thankful of GOD. GOD IS GREAT.

Congrats once again, Can you please let me know how was your passport sent back to you : Was it Speedpost ? or just registered Post ?

And how long does it took for passport to reach you from the stamped date on the Postal envelope
