I am not going to discuss about the ways one can send passport to Canada from home country. This is what the email from CIC says or will say when they ask for passport. If you do not have a mailing address in Canada or the U.S.A, or if you are unable to submit the required documentation for you...

Hello All... How do you guys send the passports from your country of residence to Canada (Ottawa) for Visa stamping for Parents? CIC only returns the stamped passports to an address in Canada or USA (Prepaid envelope). Wondering how some of you have done it...
