Yes Panda, they start processing our file same day.

Does it also say February 18 in your In Process ?

If you login as SPONSOR it would show the address of the Sponsor along with the status of the spouse

But if you will login with the client ID issued by New Delhi ( should be on PPR Letter ) then it will show the address of the sponsored spouse with the same status.

So @ fprince @ goodnews let's c what does IN PROCESS means for us now, is it a PPR or an interview or something else ? Dont know, keep checking the mailboxes LOL

Does ND assign a client ID for the applicant these days before the PPR ? Does nyone here have a client ID for the applicant.

Fprince i just checked mine now. Good news my status updated as in Process. Thanks God .

same here it shows my address. i have no idea with the PPR users. they received File # on the letter. it might be showing spouse info. once they created the file .

That is great news, so it is a one week lag..so next would be panda
so when did it say they started to process your app? usually it is a tuesday..they make it sound like all updates are done on a tuesday.

I think the backlog is slowly being cleared from 2010. You guys applied approx 30 days after me and we all 3 are in the same boat now..kinda in process..i think they have cleared the backlog and have started to work on files..we 3 should probly get the PPR around the same time
Not sure what In process is but something tells me that is when they send the letter for PPR first and then decide abt the visa or could be the other way around.

Yes Fprince that's what I am thinking that the In Process dates for all 3 of us is almost the same, so let's c what happens now.Looks like ND is updating the Ecas status now much efficiently than in 2010.

Atleast we can see what's going on with our files

Oh okk Thanks, It means usually they issue the PPR when they change the ECAS to In Process ( just guessing ) and keeping the fingers crossed :-(
