my case is appeal case and i won my appeal at ADR in Sept 20 2010. Since then they asked me to fill out new forms, which was done on dec 14 2010 and pcc. since then i have not heard anything from them.

ur right. Delhi is working very slowly these days.. If u see this same thread, during june july and all, ppl used to get their visa within 1 to 2months of sponsorship approval! but look at our case, its gonna be 4months, n still v ve no clue when vl get our visa!!!!!!!

i am not sure what takes them months to process applications. I am sure there must be a faster way of processing or they are like any other government offices.

from september onwards they hav been worst than govt offfices....i wonder what they do while sitting on chairs.................

Probably just chatting and sleeping. They are determined not to work on our files I guess!!! They try to give our file to background or medical clearance etc.. so that it l be off from their hands!!! They are not worried also abt hw long it takes for each step!!

If oly there is some1 who cna tell us, whats the exact status of our files.. what exactly ND is doing with our files.......... But no, noone is there.. we dont have any other option, except waiting!!

hmm.. we actually thot of withdrawing our PR, when they took so much time for my PPR.

I am so thinking of leaving my job and moving back to india if i dont hear anything by end of this month. I had enough of this, i just wanna live relax life, just wanna be happy. This immigration people are killing me mentally.

i share the exact same sentiments.
it is getting extremely difficult to go on like this and somedays i do feel like packing my bags and heading back to india!
same thing about the VOs...i feel they should bring in a consulting firm to figure out how to improve their efficiency levels! u're right applied03, they have slowed down since sept 2010.
i just wish there was some way to voice our concerns to them.
