Guys,

I am not sure but, i think we all need to go to ND, and getting classes on how to Bulls***, as my dad and I called the medical center that my wife went to to get her medical, and they said after the medical it takes them 7 days to ship the file to ND. So ND has the medical results, so why the hell are they saying we are still waiting for medical results, they are just buying time. This is the first time i have seen such laziness go on, it is like they dont care, they got our money, so lets take our sweet time in processing. Such idiots.

But it is good to know that the medical report is sitting somewhere in ND. i have a feeling that since we put a fire up there @ $$, they will start to process our case faster. hoping they wrap it up by the end of the week and ship it so we can get it by next week. just hoping, going on the predictions of adihanda.

Lets see what happens.

dont worry in fact in my case one lady officer from ND CHC called me and she told me asked me i have done my med's or not,,,,she told me tht they didnt have my med's report tht time i was very tensed i gave her all the details regarding my med's from where i have done tht,,,,name of the Designated Medical Practitioner,,,,then immediately she told me ok i will chk with my med's section,,,,next day i called DMP ASKED ABT MY MED'S which i have done on19th,july,2010,,,,they told they have sent reports on 22nd july,2010,,,i sent e-mail to CHC TELLING THEM AGAIN THE SAME DETAILS ,,,,,they sent me e-mail ,,,,NOW THEY CAME UP WITH NEW THING THAT THEY ARE DOING med,s and BACKGROUND CHK,,,,,,,this all happend on22nd dec,,,,after tht till the date i dint get any response,,,,,,,still my status is IN PROCESS

Yes missingyou ,,,i think i need to do this now,,,,,i have already talk abt this with my spouse ,,,,actually if they have all our documents and history of whole life with PPC,,,,,then y they need this much time to investigate person??? we do respect their process and keen investigations ,,,,but tht doesn't mean they can keep us waiting like this,,,we are newly married people ,,we need to get settle as quick as possible,,,,and if they will keep us waiting like this then whn and how we can get settle,,,infact just 2 days b4 i sent another e-mail to them i have requested them to make time span shorter for spousal visa,,,otherwise they shud guide us how to get settle in such hard situation :

Guess its just bad luck for us . we ve become prey for this New Delhi office. They l take their own time, why shud they bother? Its not their family.. Its us who are suffering, without our spouses. I have never faced this kinda mental tension ever in my life!!! such a lean period!!

Yes applied03, I guess, life is worse than hell!!! Though I dono hw a hell would be, am sure this period is the worst!

Yes Mikoo, I really feel bad for u.. U ve sent ur ppt in sep itself!!! Why the hell it shud take this much time to issue a spousal visa???? This is horrible!! wont they knw that vl be missing our spouses??

Yes, though other offices show that they take max processing times, they process faster. Not like our ND. Though ND says 6months is the max processing time, guess they l simply wait for the whole 6months to issue visa .....

I have seen lots of folks here are unhappy with the working of ND and so do I, well there working ideas and protocol is too bad and there is no process they are working with.

CIC Mississauga has a way and they have a deadline to finalize the cases, When CIC can finalize all the spouse cases from all countries in just 35 days then why ND can't do it.

CIC updates us every week that what applications they are processing, Now they updated today that they are working on applications received on December 15, 2010. which is good and at least a person know what exactly is going on.

Similar to CIC CHC New Delhi should indicate of the website which they should update every 2 weeks or 3 weeks that what applications are they working on, that would be nice to have.

Well we can only give ideas but it ain't gonna happen.

Anyways folks just do not worry, Visa is gonna come eventually for everybody here who sponsored her or his spouse, some will get it soon some will get it a bit late, just relax and let the time pass by.

And for me i think the worst part of the wait as time goes on for me will be not hearing anything frm VO. no updates.... nothing. This will probably be more frustrating than the wait itself!!

My spouse will be out of country for couple of weeks, and if request for passport is received then-
can pasport be couriered to ND, or usually it has to be accompanied by letter which was recieved from ND?

As spouse will be out of country (taking pp along) and meanwhile cousins will be checking letters, and if there is any mail from ND , they will contact and next needful will be done to send pp or if he/she can personaly drop pp to ND?

Just curious to know what all is required along with pp in straight case....I mean when they ask only for passport. My spouse will be travelling to India from Nepal for 2 weeks starting from day after tomorrow and no request for pp is yet received, very nervous

Thanks everyone.

Passport must be returned with a copy of the PPR letter from the ND embassy so as they know that the passport is for that particular file number.
