Am planning to give 1month notice to my office, in Jan mid so that I can get relieved in feb mid. Under the assumption that I will get my visa by then. I really hope and pray god that it happens

I really hope the other way yaar. I hope it comes faster as it has taken more time for us to get the PPR

i really hope n wish that u r correct so that we get our visa atleast by feb...........somtims they tak pp even for more than two or three mnths which is just not fair........

No update for me , I was really hoping to see In-Progress today, oh well, back to the usual of waiting for next Tuesday.

I applied for my PR under family class back in Jan 2008 from Chennai and got the visa in June 2008. I just stopped by to wish you all good luck. I hope you are all reunited with your loved ones soon.

I dont think this ecas thing is working. I am so sick and tired of this Immigration thing. its so slow and onething i dont get is why does it take so long for them to process file, student visa's are issued in just two months why can't spouse visa. aahhhhhhhhhh. I miss my wife so bad.

Hi Guys,

No update for me , I was really hoping to see In-Progress today, oh well, back to the usual of waiting for next Tuesday.

I dont know if the procedures changed since early 2008 but when my passport was requested, the online status didn't change until I got my passport back with the Visa. Infact the status changed to decision made only after I got my passport back. Unless something changed in 3 years, I wouldn't depend on the actual status based on the online tracking system.

Waiting...i did sent the case inquiry they say application not received.

Did u sent case inquiry to ask about your passport received or not and how much more time is left in your case
