applied 03 same letter as yours only thing is that there is no deadlines mentioned very short letter jus they ask for submission of passports, nothing else.

Sanyrog!

They must have definitely despatched the PPR request to you, that,s sure. You lawyer seems to be less active.Anyways there is a delay whenever there is lawyer envolved.I have seen in some other cases also.Always try to give Indian correspondence address.Don,t worry You will get it very soon.
Rbaweja, thanks. We asked our lawyer to give our address well before, they said they cannto do that :( My only concern is, if at all they have sent PPR, then they must have replied to my email saying my file is opened similar to urs.. right? Why did they send generic email saying they havent even received my appln kit? Thats what frustrating me!! And when was ur PCC dated? As days pass by, am scared that my PCC l also get expired.

guys i just got htis email from chc i wondering as i hav got ppr so what is meaning of this email
Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

All applications to sponsor relatives for permanent residence in Canada are initiated by the sponsor, who submits an undertaking of support to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga. Once CPC Mississauga approves the sponsorship, both our office and the sponsor are notified. In sponsored spouse and child cases, the applicant’s application and supporting documents are forwarded by CPC Mississauga to the visa office for priority processing.

Our records show that, in this case, we have received notification from CPC Mississauga that the sponsorship has been approved, but we have not yet received the application kit, including all the necessary forms and supporting documents.

As the application kit should be received shortly, we request the applicants to await contact from our office. Once a file has been created for the application, it will be reviewed and an eligibility decision made. If it is determined that an interview will be required, a letter will be sent to the applicant advising of the date and time for the scheduled interview. If it is determined that the interview can be waived, the applicant will receive a request for submission of original passport and any other documents or information required to finalize the application.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Atleast Don't worry about PCC. It should be valid only at the time u have filed ur application.
Ur application has been approved at CHC Canada so no more question of PCC. :)
Good Luck

oh I thot PCC is verified only in delhi, as they generally ask PCC with PPR, if PCC is not submitted yet.

friends just very worried about that email..............
