Guys,

we are thinking to withdraw my PR appln, as delhi hasnt even opened our file yet. Once I receive PPR, am not sure how much more time I need to wait even after that. Any idea, hw much money vl get if we withdraw now? or after sending our ppt?

Mainly cos of late PPR applied03. As we dint get any proper email from delhi.. And even after sending my ppt, am not sure how long I need to wait dono if its all worth. No other reason. just want to be with my spouse asap.

so u will again apply the whole procees will be repeated again n what is the surity that after that it will tak less tim.....so i think u shuld have some patienc which is always fruitfull.......so dont withdraw

No applied03, am not going to come to canada if at all we withdraw. My husband would come over to India. we l start our life in India.. u knw, this canadian embassy is testing our patience. and it creates unnecessary problems between us and everything.. lot of stress, and my health is going bad after all, we all want to be happy and peaceful at the end of the day.. I dono what guarantee that I ve to get my visa sooner, after sending the ppt.. am so upset.

dont worry sanyrog we all are here without our spouse my hubby went back only after 1 month after our marrige n its been 5 months since i am livivng without him but nothing is in our hand........but try to understand n hav patienc try to give urself little more tim n u both will be together little more tim is left ........

Yes am really trying my best. As i have already mentioned, this is our 2nd PR application. We submitted my 1st and due to some problems, we had to withdraw it and apply for the 2nd one.. so its been 7months since am away from him. My husband was also for here only for a month, after our marriage.. so yeah am trying to be patient but dono what God has in his mind for us... dont like this unnecessary stress.

Dont worry your sponsorship is already approved so the big hurdle has been cleared for step 1. I guess since you are deciding to withdraw the application and calling your husband to stay over with you, i would suggest you to not withdraw the application just let your husband come to you and stay with you. Cic might or might not want to inquire about your husband being in Canada or not but still your application will be in process and both of you can go later when approved.

PS: The above situation would be possible only when your husband is a citizen and not the PR.

thanks adihanda for ur suggestion. Yeah, since he is a PR, he should not come and stay with me. If CIC finds it out, then our appln might get rejected. We are just trying to find out all possible ways

there is no point in withdrawing the application,All the cases will be cleared in the begining of next year.They will process the cases much faster after 15th Jan,since there will be new quotos for 2011

i stay almost behind this website coz slowly i start to hate be here but i always keep my eyes open if some one really need help here.

do u know what? i am waiting for my PP & visa from July 2010 and it's over a year i am missing my wife.

so i would like to say don't take any stupid step coz if u r thinking to re apply file so for Ur kind information from Jan they r changing rules and files gonna submit after Jan 2011 then rules will be more hard .........

just do wait OK? some times all is OK but they do background check and no body can give you time frame about that coz it's all by 3rd party.

be strong and positive.

Hey Guys!!!
giess what, my wife got a letter today from ND, saying to submit her passport. YUPPY!!!!! Finally, I can see the light at the other end of the long tunnel. The letter was dated Dec 9, received on Dec 18

@ adihanda please move me over to waiting for Visa group.

So far, knock on wood, she only needs to submit her passport, nothing else, I already paid the fees in full and submitted her PCC, with the paperwork. Just need to wait for the PP to come back, she will be sending it on Monday, via speedpost.

Are you nuts? do backout, we were on the same boat, just wait a bit more. This is a bad mistake, I strongly suggest you dont back out. Think this over and over again, as this is your life, you dont want to make the wrong decision. What if you put your withdrawl request, and the letter comes? Do make this silly mistake. Just hang in there.

Sanyrog your PPR request has also been issued, trust me you gonna receive the notice shortly dnt back out please dnt do that it is just coz of international address..God ji please help makes her wish turn out true soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon
