Abcone I am sorry to hear your situation the best thing I can suggest is for your wife to consult with an immigration lawyer and see where it goes from there , as far as I know it is illegal to send your passport to New Delhi if you are outside hence I can see what the interview might be about , I am not sure if it would even be a good idea to contact chc buffalo as she will be deemed illegal without her passport in the US as she might be on a student visa . So i'd suggest you ask her to try and get hold of an immigration lawyer there or in Canada and see if they can give a better suggestion , you need an expert opinion here . Good Luck

Dnt worry its the same every one submit their passport and trust me your passport has reached safely. To be on the safer side login a case specific inquiry and ask CHC new delhi about the passport delivered or not anyways they will reply in few days only and it will confirm and give you comfort.

Applied relax, your passport is at ND , yes everyone gets stamp as a reference to recipient at chc nd if you send it by blue dart .

nada not for me either, another long week ahead, and 2 more tuesday's to go till end of the year. :'(

last tuesday 28th Dec is off for ND. hence just 1more tuesday this yr.

Oh ya I forgot they also get boxing day, wooohooo. I can't believe it file sitting in ND for 3 months, and no status update. So after next week we will not hear from them till Jan 4-2011. Next week will be exact 3 months since my fill is sitting in ND. So frustrating. All I can say is my wife's Christmas present is wrapped and but under the Christmas tree, and it will wait for her until she arrives to Toronto. :'(
