Hi Guys,

I am applying for Spousal Sponsorship from India and I have a question regarding about "Supplementary Travel Form for New Delhi"
My wife was born in Saudi Arabia in 1989 since her father worked as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia. She travelled back and forth from India to Saudi Arabia to visit her father for 4 years (between 1989 to 1993). Now she can't find her old passport and she can't remember the date that she visited her father (She was very young). How should she fill out the form? Can she use estimated dates for the travel?. Her parents also doesn't remember the exact dates as well.

Finger prints at CHC ND is common issue to the people who had previously stayed @ Canada earlier and this is mandatory for criminality/security check.

As par of my knowledge details of foreign travel has to be provided from age of 18yrs.

This is correct it says so on the application doesn't it ?

As per CIC rules it clearly states that to provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first.

Thanks for the quick response! The guide says that the form needs to be completed by ALL applicants above 18 years, but does not mention anything about travelling after 18 years of age.

Kindly read instructions at Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669).

I checked in eCas and surprised to find an address column updated with Toronto address all of a sudden. FYI this address thing was never there before.

I think you have misunderstood my question, I was talking about the form which is in the "Country Specific Instruction" Guide for India where there is a form called "Details of Foregin Travel"

Yes Buddy, I understood your question. Kindly declare the details in the Supplementary Information Form (Details of Foreign Travel) from 18yrs of age.
