Doesnt even talk abt medicals.

Mine says similiar to yours "application received on date-" when clicking on "In Process"

Hmmm i am confused...i thought when new delhi receives application, thought the ecase should say "Application received for Permanent residence YYYY-MM-DD(thought this would be the date when new delhi receives the file, but that date is when CIC-M receives file) Means 6months for Newdelhi starts from the day when CIC-M receives application??? so much confused...

its from the date ND receives the file....confirmed by an cse to ND that I had previously sent

I don't think it will since you are pretty much on the last steps of the process. I think that may be more applicable to the newer applicants who applied in that time period. I hope that you get your DM really quickly--I got mine in 8 days after it showed my status changing to "In Process"--it was the same for Macadamia.

What part of Canada will you be settling in?

Hey KSunny, do you remember what it said when the status was just "In Process" for you guys? Besides saying that medicals have been received, when you clicked on it, did it say anything else?

Hi CanadiansWife,

My ecas has always said the same thing--changed only once right at the beginning when it activated and so it has said the following:

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on December 30, 2011.

We started processing your application on March 16, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

The only thing that has ever changed is the actual status. Our address didn't show up until 4 days after DM.

On a side note, hubby is in flight and will be arriving tomorrow at 12:15pm ;D

Correction--it did change once again when it changed to In Process as they added the part about when they start processing my application--sorry about that!

Can you please let me know what originals we need to submit with our application and which photo copies are ok to send other then originals

like Education certificate of my wife, Work Experience Letter,PCC,Marriage Certificates,bank statments etc

Can you please let me know which we need to submit originals and which photos copies please

Also I m Sending form no IMM 5481,IMM 5540, IMM1344, IMM 0008, IMM 5406, IMM 5490, IMM 5669e and covering letter

Please let me know if i need to submit any other forms alone with the above mentioned forms.
