I have foreign travel history less then month (28 days) but they didn't complete my BC yet. My medical is expire soon( 1month ) I don't know what to do, my file from since june

I think your file has been "in progress" for now the 6th month right? Just BC is holding it up?!!!?? Where did you travel for less than 28days???

hmmm, here is my timelines:

Applied on OCT 21 2011

Sent to ND on FEB 9th 2012
PPR on March 23rd
PP sent on March 28th

Still shows applications received.

nothing much...started off with me being in india for a long time and don't have internet access there...anyways got contact asking for more proof, etc. see my posts....

Yes, I read your posts. Whats up with immigrationb canada? why they need proof of relegious wedding? they are crazy...

anyways, yes it is nice to be here. But to be honest... when I was in India for 2 years, it was the best time of my life. I had all three... Canadian Wife, American Salary and Indian Life.... hahahah... what else a man could wish for? LOL... just kidding.

Anyways, I hope your case is cleared soon. I can understand how it feels to be away from your partner. Cheers! Keep in touch.

How do you know your BC is not completed?
Is it stated on your GCMS notes? and if so does it say, "its not started yet" or "in process"?

there is alots of people on this forum, whose medical already expired, for me its more than 3months+ no address from 69days!!!!!!!!

Hi there,

Just a snap shot of my story. I applied in September and got to know from the CSE that I will be called for an interview and so I immediately applied for the GCM notes and got them after 35 days. We came to know about the concerns of the VO. He was looking for more proof on our marriage and so we sent them all. Its been a week now and we haven't heard anything back from ND at all.

Can I contact the MP and ask them to inquire about my case? Will I get any updated information or will it be the same like the one that I got in my GCM notes.? What should I do now? Does anyone have any experience in this.

Please help me in this.

i hv applied for CAIPS notes...is it f9 or should i apply for GCM notes?

CAIPS should be fine I guess. I applied for CAIPS only and that info was sufficient
