May I ask Why it was refused? The reason can help us better understand why refusals may happen within a spousal visa, thanks.

Shamsia, my wife stays at Old Alwal (at her parents house) for a few days and with my parents at Neredmet for a few days, every month. I'm currently living in Calgary. How about you?

That's horrendous stuff. Such irresponsible, mindless, idiotic and good for nothing people ruin everything for genuine people like us. I don't know how but I think they need to do more research before getting married. Just my opinion.

CSQ is Certificat de sélection du Québec. Quebec has its own set of rules for immigration.

I'm applying for residency in Quebec, since that's where my husband lives. So after the sponsorship approval, will be the CSQ for Quebec.

Hey Shamsia, do you know if it would cause a delay in ND VO, if I wanted to change my address?

You havent gotten your sponsorship approval yet, have you?

@canadianswife:

Once you get a File no., immediately fax and email ND about your change of address. Also, when you send your CSQ and other documents to MICC, you can send a letter explaining that you need to change your address. I doubt if it would delay your case. :)
