I have a quick question . Can I live with my patner during the 6 months visitor visa while at the same time apply for spousal sponsorship in New Delhi ? please help .Much appreciated .

You can not apply to ND, YOU CAN ONLY apply to CPC Mississauga.

And most of all, you have to prove that you do live in Canada to sponsor.
Living with your partner as long as the process takes will complicate your situation as you do not show intent to return nor bring the partner as soon as the Visa is issued.
They have been very strict with this lately, so avoid unnecessary risks.

So, it is your choice....
