AOR stands for Acknowledgment of Reciept. Its a letter/email sent out by CHC-New Delhi indicating that they have recieved our file from Mississauga :)

harry shamsia is right Acknowledgment of Reciept is letter/email sent out by vo to applicant to inform that they have received his/her file from Mississauga. some vo send it n some dont send it, i wud say most dont send it as our nd doesnt send any aor bcoz they say this is fastest process n to send letter can consume some time......
