Hi Harry,
Need some information , is it fine to apply for sponsor by our self or go through consultant. I asked for one he asking about 1500. I am presently in Canada and my fiance is in US. We are getting married in OCT and planning to apply through Delhi office rather than us office. What do you suggest.
Please let me know ...
Thanks in Advance.
Oh wow! Your wife will be on the same boat as me. I'm too living in the US, but applying from
The ND office. I personally did hire a lawyer, for the reasons because I want to make sure that all the forms are filled out correctly, and also because I'm living in the US an applying in ND! If I were living in India, I wouldnt have gotten one. My lawyer lives in Toronto and she's legit and certified.
I got married back in July and it took me a month and a half to gather all the information to together- there was a lot of paper and ink used- to keep your printer ready!! I just mailed out more stuff to her yesterday. She is still preparing my paperwork and will send it out sometime next week.
Anyway, if you think you can't do all this on your own, then a certified and experienced immigration lawyer is worth it!
Let me know how it turns out and good luck at your wedding!
