Please be advised that this application was received at our office on 30Jun11. Interview has been waived on this application. On 08Aug11 we had mailed a letter to the applicant asking for her passport. To date we have not received the passport.

I trust that this information will be of assistance in responding to your constituent.

They sent my spouse for PPR and she still didnt receive it way to go ND cant even get the address right...this is DEFINETELY ABSURD

Hey Buddy, Well thank CHC ND at least they bothered to reply your case specific enquiry in time.

Just sent your old and new PP along with attachment of this email and I hope you have already paid RPRF fee even though attach the receipt with a covering letter and no more delay.

Once u submit, you will be holding your PP & shining visa very soon.

@ gwalyat... yeah u r rite may be .yeah my ecas is in process..one day after my interview.they receive my medicals aswell passport request made by nd 7th aug sent on 10th aug.... interview on 10th sep...

Hi guys i was away for sometime so couldn't join the forum .. I need some advice my wife is going to apply for candaian citizenship and she wants to change her last name so what are the procedure... pls help.... anyways lots of guys got the visas congrats to them and best of luck for waiting guys...

name on pr card
name on indian passport
name on landing document

citizenship certificate will usually be issued in the name on landing doc but i believe u can change it...but be very careful

when it comes to OCI there will be issues...let me know what the details are

This happens sometimes, either the PPR was lost or was not sent..however they will never accept their mistake

i did not have my medical done again ..i was jus telling somebody on the forum as they were worried about ND not receiving there PCC as he sent PCC before he got his immigration or file number.so i told him that i also had my medical done before i filled and ND still got it and its shows on my ECAS that medical results have been received.

about the marriage ...its not my second wedding its my first wedding..so no issues there. i do know about yug's update but mine is not the same.

about stayin in canada and deporting .... i was in canada since 2005 ..came to india in june 2011 when ND requested PP. and i still have a open work permit in my passport till may 2012 so i had no issues with deportation aswell...
hope it answers all ur questions..m jus frustrated of watin thats ass..hope we all here good news too.... ;D ;D ;D

it took around 2 weeks delhi - kerala.. i'm sure it won't take as long to get to you.. congrats

Regarding this email i got i am going to india this week so should i take my spouse and her passport to the Canadian High Commission New delhi and what kinda of documents do i need there please advice thank you

u can t personally submit the pp u have to sent it through any registered mail.......nconfirm b4 going sending it n if they havent asked for any doc sont sent anything

i am even in the same situation.i always think why its me only facing this. don't worry buddy we will get some news very soon.
i have applied even before then yours.even sometimes it happens to me.fell like done with everything but we have to accept the reality of ND.be brave because u have to handle your wife too..you have to be strong in front of her,

hey no problem man dont be sorry its very confusing sometimes..
i actually called ND and i asked if i visit thm can they give a an answer on my file..she said they will not give u any answers if the file says in process...she meant "IN PROCESS" is the answer .....so m confused whether to go or not ...
