wife's new passport application..i wish they don $uck as much as i think they do

I think canada is still pretty good as they issue new passports in a month... Australia sucks takes about 6 months just to get a passport.. Good Luck

Oh Jasvarun, I have a question for you- so when you went back to india, did you also have to send in a background check for india too then?
If so, how long does a criminal background check in india take?

If I were to go back for the reasons we spoke about, im just wondering if they would make me send in a criminal background check for India too then- since I'll be there, when over the age of 18

In Toronto they issue u a 1 yr passport as they can not verify all details within 28 stupid days which is their SLA they ...
so, you end up gettin a PP with a one year expiry...wow great...but wait

here is the fuc$ed up part - next year u take the same PP and go there..meet those idiots with the same PP.....
and they stamp page 5...with a endorsement which says " This f$cking passport is now valid till 2021"..
So everytime u cross the border the dude says..ur PP has expired and u say..can u fu$king check page 5 !

I do not want this to happen, lets see..what these idiots do for me...........................

Everyone who holds an Indian Passport will go through a BC in India...whether u live there or not.

As I told I had canadian representative, my rep used his address as my mailing address... When I got bk to India I sent them forms via mail,email and fax to change my address which they never acknowledged... Anyhow I went to CHC-ND in person with my wife to know why we didnt get PPR.. VO we met said they never received any forms to cancel representative and they never issued PPR which they were suppose to... So VO asked me to send Passport ,forms to cancel rep and change my address by mail again... So the very next day I did exactly same as i was told by VO.. And they are saying now that they received my passport but not forms (Although i sent both in same Package)..... So I was asked through my wife's MP to submit my indian mailing address to get my passport back.......

From above all you can conclude is that common sense is not very common for people working at CHC ND.

Just to get my passport renewed! They don't ever want to work themselves!

Yes I submitted my PCC for india before hand with my application..
I left India before I was even 17 even tough still had to get indian PCC..
Dont wait for ND to ask for it... otherwise dey ll screw up ur timeline....Submit it with ur application ..

You do need Indian Police clearance certificate for sure if you hold Indian Passport

Common sense tells me..
if ABC holds a IND PP you could have visited the country without a visa and committed a crime

Not sure..abt the PCC...technically u do not have to submit as u did not live in India
since u became 18 still they can ask for one..as u hold a IND PP..
I would get the PCC for India before submitting the papers...saves u a lot of time..
cos if again they ask for PCC after PPR, you do not have a PP to get a Police Clearance Certificate

ND is so interesting ...makes me think all the time
