Hello All,

Guyz in addition to my previous post about reply from MP.... My wife submitted my mailing address to MP to pass it on to ND....Now following is the Reply MP got from ND after receiving my mailing address

This refers to your enquiry dated September 16, 2011 regarding the above application.



We thank you for the information you have provided. It has been forwarded to a visa officer. Soon, the decision along with the passport will be mailed to the applicant at his below mentioned Indian mailing address. Until then, he is requested to await our contact.

I think this is a good sign because i had also contacted my MP and this is the response i got from him last Friday

Please be advised that we have now received everything on this application and expect to finalise this application soon. The decision along with the passport will be mailed to the applicant soon. No further action is required by her.

Within two days of receiving this email my decision was made.

my sponsor call Mississauga today and asked about the fax of landing fee(we paid our fee on 19 april..but due to some problem it didnt reach the destination).whether this time they received or not??
they said no
we did fax on 9 of Sept .and today is 19th.
that lady over fon said "did you write rprf over it"
we said..yes .. we mentioned that in subject of letter which we sent along with the receipt

guys plz tell we what should be my next step.should i fax them again.or i have to w8
how much time generally it takes to update the received fax on system

The guys at CPC Mississauga r really idiots.. I had paid them twice and still they were saying that they haven't received my landing fees.. I had paid the landing fees firstly along with the processing fees. So, i had big fight with these guys that if they have received my processing because they are processing my file and then how come they don't see my landing fees.. Then, i even talked to the manager of the guy i was talking and came to know that the CPC Mississauga call center doesn't have any information about the landing fees.. The landing fees will only appear on their system once your decision has been made.

I think your hubby should contact your MP and ask him to email CPC, missisauga to confirm whether they have received the landing fees. If not, then have him faxed or emailed the fax receipt. Also, i don't think it makes any sense for you to go to CHC,ND office.. The CHC ND doesn't have the facility to process the landing fees.. The landing fees is only processed by CPC, Mississauga and once processed it automatically goes to CHC ND..

- So I had sent My wife's application to the Mississauga office on June 10 2011
- Application was returned to me on Aug 10, 2011 (As we took a chance in sending the application without her medicals as she was out of india on work)
- Resent Application on September 01, 2011 (with her medicals)
- Was approved for sponsorship on September 16, 2011 (through an email)
- Email stated that the Application has now been sent to Delhi.

What can we expect to happen next? and approximatley how long?

we did every single thing.. even aontacted mp..he did fax too on our behalf.realy dont know why its not there even now..
realy unabble to understand what should be my next step..
today my hubby will fax them again.and e mail them too

dis is silly question but they people can argue over nothing , so i dont want to take risk

Inshaala your wife will be receiving PASSPORT REQUEST from ND.
or else just wait you good for 2 monthns just relax.
