OK Guys! This is it! I received my PP with Visa, COPR, pics, cover letter today! My apology for being completely disconnected from the past few days but I made a pact with myself that i'll log in only when I have some good news to share! So my wife called up the MP's office day before and they got back yesterday only to let her know that my app. got approved on Monday, i.e., 11th Oct. and it was out in the mail on 12th, received it today, Oct. 16th via registered post! Took exactly 5 months!!!

This 1 and 1/2 year ordeal finally came to an end today for us as our previous app. got rejected! I'll see my wife after 9 months! Have my tix booked for Oct. 21st! Good Luck all and GOD Bless! You all are in my prayers! Will share my landing experience next weekend

Yes Kal I keep thinking I am dreaming. I had to make my husband show me the visa. I just couldnt believe that hardship of these last couple of years was finally over with. Now he is traveling home to visit with family and then home to me I have cried so many tears but now these tears are of extreme happiness. I cant put into words the huge weight and worry that is off our shoulders.

Need Help with IMM5540E form

Hi all,

I posted this message as a separate thread as well but I need help on this question as soon as possible. So I decided to ask people here too. I am filling the IMM5540E form and there is a question "Are you living with someone?" I have a roommate which 'll leave by the end of Dec when I am going to apply and may be new room mate will come from Jan 1st. What should I write in this box? Please help me with this question. I appreciate your help.

I pray to God to create a magic where i close my eyes and this takes me to her....But when i close and open my eyes i find myself alone....

Life is so tough when u get days to live with your partner with a worry of counting reverse scenario that they are going back and you cant even enjoy ur life with the dreams that u have in your eyes....

But then there is always a hope for a great tommorrow......

I pray to God for all those apart in LOVE but together in hearts....

Hi Vish,

We included present room mates. So if you are going to submit your app after December, I wouldn't include that name. We were very clear to state that it was a room mate so it was obvious there was no financial interdependence.

deepakvirdi11: Unfortunately, they don't acknowledge receipt of your pics but you can always email them to confirm! Good Luck.

From my experience they dont get you an acknowledgement they received it. You can only send them an email and see that way. We had to send in documents also. We didnt get any letter to say that got it. Dont worry its there as you know its delivered and chances are they have already added it to your file and processing.
