but feeling very low...
They have mentioned that they need specially for Dholi (Bride's farewell) pics with some others photos.
I'll sending it on monday.
Wish me luck....
I'm going to send around 45 Pics... including reception and after marriage also...
Hope 45 to 50 is enough or should I send It more?

Yeah They have written in letter that they need some rituals ceremony & Bride's farewell photos and they also mentioned that around 15-20 pics.
Shall I send more pics??

yes I would send more. Making sure that every part of the ceremony is covered. My husand and I are christian so we had a letter from the minister that married us along with the photos. The more photos you can send so they can see all the aspects of your ceremony the better. I think they will waive the interview if you can send in what they request. I know when my husband was asked for more documents they also send letter for interview. So I think you can count yourself very fortunate that they are only asking for more photos. Send them in and hopefully you will be processed fast. Good luck

Even we have sent only around 50 photos, depicting all our rituals. Sent our honeymoon pics too. Hope they dont ask any photos Looks like, thats delaying the visa stamping. After PPR, so many in this forum wait for even 6weeks, and no stamping yet.

Can you tell me what is the average time to get the ppt, after PPR? If they dont ask for any additional docs? And when they ask for PPR itself, can we send more photos even if they dont ask any?

Okay,

Called Canadian help line, they said,
"Pay online, print your receipt and send it to Mississauga" (I am the sponsor), My wife will be sending the passport to New Delhi.

So things have been cleared.

Hi,

Actually the status on ecas is still "not available", perhaps they are going to change it tomorrow. I say that, becuase I read somewhere that they update the website on Tuesdays. How far that is true is left to the clients like us. One more thing, My wife is trying to mail her passport to New Delhi High Commission and the courier services (Including DHL, Fedex) are all saying they will not send the post to a PO box, what is the remedy?
Would really appreciate if some one throws an answer as soon as possible.

hey bhartha.....the address, without the PO BOX # is correct. Blue Dart can be safe and reliable and you could also track it online.........

Average time is around 5 to 6 weeks of getting visa after PPR but it just the average. It may vary case to case.
I don't think it is advisable to send pics if not asked.

well for me, 7th week ll be over by tom....m hopin an update tom..but some ppl say PP return could also take 2 months.....
