the status says" application received"interview scheduled on 14th feb 2011" but i went to new delhi with my spouse and interview was done and the counseelor said he will give visa... so my spouse is just waiting.. so how can it be still in ottawa....hope full we;ll receive his p.p this month

Your file is in India ..Only when File is in India they will issue a File #.
Jasvarun's file is still in Ottawa, i know this from my personal experience.

I think you file is way over due. You will receive the visa any moment. It might have happened that your VO left or went on vacation and the file was forgotten. Remember you are dealing with goverment offices.

Can you share when did you last send the CSE? What was the dat when you received the reply?

its 8 months and am my spouse is still waiting...

Can you please tell me the date of sponsorship approval? It would be on the letter CPC Miss sent you.
Everything starts from this date.

And you can not talk over the phone..email or in person.

@FebPR i sent few emails for the last few months.. and i got the same reply.. and the last reply i got was 2nd june...u r right may be the officer had gone for vacation..i dont whatever the reason is.....

fprince ..i got the sponsorship approval from mississauga on oct 30th.. and said the file is sent to delhi.. and then passport request was sent from ND yto my spouse on jan 2011 and interview on feb 14th 2011 and since that no information avaiable.. as i said the statis still shows the same..:interview is on feb 14th,,2011.
And you can not talk over the phone..email or in person.

I am sorry to hear that but next time you try to contact them stress that file has been in Delhi for 7 Months and 6 days.
Hope you get your visa soon...

Exactly..You need to mention that the file is in the 7th Month after the approval from CPC-Mississauga.

Don't assume that every VO or whoever is replying to emails, count the number of days. What a mess!!! Putting in an e-mail might help your cause.

Mailed on May 24

Would there be an update on ecas saying a ppr has been mailed out? Right nw, my ecas says app rcvd..what is the next update most likely goin to be? In process, ppr sent or what? I know ND is un
predictable but still want to know wat to expect ..

nope...e-cas does not get updated to mention that ppr is in transit...

dont worry....my sister got the same papers as ur wife did...she didnt get any carbon copies or anything....just had 3 documents and her pic on one of them, her pp and the pics that she sent them...
