Anyone interested to comment on my imaginative scenario which could have happened to me..and most likely looks like it did.

ND posts the PPR say 2-3 months ago and forgets to attach the postage stamp...( and by the way, ppl who got PPR do they attach a stamp or does the envelope already has a stamp like a inland letter..which means they don have to attach a regular stamp, i hope this is how the envelope looks so no one needs to attach a stamp)....

so if this was the case, will the letter be held up in ND Post office? knowing Indian Post they don care if its immigration sending you a letter without a stamp...so letter is lost and CHC ND thinks applicant received it ?

As far as i know, that is only applicable for a few middle eastern countries.
Don't think that is required for Canada.

No stamp, its a registered ink stamp thing. Well mine was anyways... Honestly, Im tired for you... I just want to call and freak out on them. You are two weeks shy of 5 months... its effin' rediculous. There is absolutely no excuse at this point. If there was a problem (big or small) they should have notified you. They are incompetant. And anyone who said different can talk to me, because I have been called out about not knowing how it works... but I worked in CIC and have seen the crap that happends.

I have sent an email to the MP but not sure if they will do anything as i recall one MP making a big fuss about how MP's should not have access to immigration files blah blah blah so they might just be quiet for now..but i hope something happens, you know better..what other options do i have right now? bad luck was written right from the day the file left Mississauga..last option is for her to go to ND and she might have to in a few weeks as i don expect a miracle to happen today for a PPR request.

I checked with my husband and he says the PPR came with actual stamps(he said Rs. 5 Indian stamp )... hmmmm...but nylalisa says redink...so not sure what ND is doing... ??? either way...they can't put ur file aside and not do anything if they didn't get the PP back...don't they hv something called the bring forward date...? besides their story of...file # ...processing date on ECAS and them not having ur original file...all together are all too confusing! :-\

I just contacted my MP again and explained that i am at 4 months 13 days in ND when the case should be finalized in 6 months.
I hope she calls me and inquires on my behalf. Have to see if this at least stirs things up as i have no hope of PPR..
