So my wife went to send the PPT and docs by speed post today. But, at the post office they said she can't send speed post to a PO Box. So they scratched off the PO Box 5209 from the address on the envelope and then booked it as speed post. The address on the envelope now reads:

Canadian High Commission
Immigration Section
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi – 110021

I hope it reaches CHC properly. Anyone think this could become and issue?

Some couriers do this and i have read posts on this topics as they do not deliver to a PO BOX.
You are good and it will reach CIC as they have the addresses listed.

guys - guess what!!!! Had post man at the door when I was away from home - asked my bro to sign and open - WOOOOHOOOOOOO!! I got the visa
Flying in May End .... thankssssss so much guys for all the help, support and guidance - I will be here for long time - love to keep in touch with you all after we all move there too....good luck to all of u out there, happy news is just round the corner....

i agree....most of the couriers i have seen do not deliver to the PO box...

I can't remember if you sent them a CSE, have you done that yet? It seems quite long for them to be holding on to your passport. If you haven't done a CSE, I think you should do one now and if still no response in a few weeks, contact the MP who will be in place by then. You might also want to order the CAIPS notes, it doesn't cost much if you do it yourslef.
