Has anyone gotten CAIPS notes from CPC MISSISUAGA, after getting sponsorship approval.,..and it being transfered? is it a good idea?
i want too see what they thought,....cuz i herd u could see if they think a interview is recommended or not

CAIPS notes is not by CPC Miss, you will apply and i think they will pull all details from Ottawa or the server not sure.
It will show you all the notes made by the officer..but in your case i think it is too early as your file has just reached ND.
Your PPR might be on the way or could be commin in the next few weeks..i would advise you wait until you get the first letter from ND..i have not seen anyone on this thread who had an interview without ND asking for additional documents..
but having said that, ND is unpredictable..i will never change what i think abt ND in my lifetime..sometimes they just call people in for the sake of calling and ask basic questions which is on the form..sometimes they call ppl to clarify..but usually i have seen an additional documents request can be followed by an interview..but i have also seen so many members who have sent additional documents but interview was waived..the crappy thing is ND does not tell you if an INTERVIEW is required until decison is made in ecas, which makes us all tensed....

Hi

Marriage certificate photocopy is sufficient............ I did ask chc twice because i was confused with there forms........so they said marriage certifciate only photo copy is required... though for benjo as they have given time frame for sending I would send them original .......why to take chance ???

Interview is a hassel..to gather all docs and go there...yeah surely it speeds up ur process..... but what if u get some rude vo...........just hope that we get freindly vo as nylalisas husband got........

I've noticed benjo is having the same order as well

PPR then a week later another letter asking for additional documents.

fprince is right exactly 5 weeks after the PPR. with about 3 weeks being
wasted for letters to be delivered.

Doc, the only difference i see is they gave her 4 weeks notice but only 2 for you.
Again, having known about indian post..sometimes the letter can take 1o days to reach some cities as its regular post.
It makes no sence for a 2 week timeframe....they should have kept a min of 4 weeks to prepare..

A govt issued marriage certificate is not easy to fake..once they key in the certficate number they know what you submbitted and what is in the system.
Marriage certicate is not something you want to send an origional and get lost ...trust me, it is a pain ....not origional documents in India, you don wanna loose them..and especially after they have WARNED you not to send origionals in the guide..they are not responsible for any loss..

Yeah Fprince

I agree to you..... and I asked my marriage office they say that there is a unique no and they also scan all docs which you provided to them so any govt office can get all the info once they key in the number..... it is great so there is very less work for them to find out about fake or true certificate...... but anyways they return ur ceritifcate to you.... if they lose ur docs then ur screwed..... :P

My marriage certificate was issued by the Tamilnadu GOVT..trust me, my 1st standard school certifcate looks 200% better.
They started using glossy paper and all the stuff to enhance security and when you photocopy or scan then they look like crap, in fact they look a forged document...i always expected i will be asked to resend one ( i still have the time ) as you can use the best photocopier but will still look forged !
But in India, it is a centralized database now with alimony, divorce, blah blah blah which didn't exist a lot 5-10 years before, so all they gotta do is punch in the number and they know which is fake and which is not...
Marriage Certificate's have become like a passport these days and its very secure..as they have a lot of pressure due a lot of dependent H1B visa's etc.....
and in my case i was given 3 origonals..can be different by state.

I've already been practicing quizzing her and she has a copy of all documents and photos that were
sent, so I am much happier with the shorter time frame. Now all I need is to find that list of
documents that i want her to bring to the interview. I better send those calling cards that I
used tomorrow, so she can have them for additional evidence.

From what i have seen other members use..its a lot of
still in contact ( emails, phone after you retuned to canada)
time with ur family..outing etc pics
more and more pics
know each and every detail about you ( even though they only know about you as to what you said in your form )..job,salary, live with, house type etc..
recent convos..

from a few cases i read..they were normal and asked very basic normal questions without much too personal details.
It will all be good, i believe any true hubby-wife can pass this..as we are known to "communicate" a lot ;D

Lived there for 24 years, one thing i know 100%, don try being rude with an Indian wife..you are asking for trouble..
with guys yeah, no big deal...
try intidimating an indian wife about her marital status, and all hell will break loose..
doesn't matter if you are a CIC agent or an FBI agent...you just asked for it for being rude about her hubby and the relationship :D
