i shall also suggest to write your wife's details like name, DOB on the letter. In this way they can locate your wife's file.

Yes Fax should be next...am gonna hunt their a$$ down until they find my file..
these days i have no expectations and don care until it happens..

when did your e-cas changed to "In Process"?

It never changed to "In process"... straight from Application received to decision made.. when i check the status it says.. "we started processing on the 22nd March"

seems like then we should not be worried about "in process" then....i mean the process can change any time....but in ur case....it just bypassed to "decision made"

I am confident that it is just sitting there collecting dust for the last 3 months in Delhi.
Once they get the email from the MP..they will somehow find it..sucks, but what to do..
Based on other experiences, once they get the email from the MP's office they start hurrying up..so i guess the email should go to a senior officer in CHC ND ..
Lets see my friend...

This is not a mandatory status..Decision could be made and after that when you login it usually says 3 lines
We Received
We started Processing
A Decision has been made

Do not worry abt the In Process, just anticipate your PPR..that is key.

why doesnt she even try the fax number in attention to "Immigration Section"...because then she will also have the confirmation of the fax receipt....


i would suggest that she should try this on Monday for sure....cuz this way they will definitely forward a paper copy of the fax to the specific department....

i think it would be good if ur wife faxes the document....reason being cuz it is her file and she is the one who chc nd will be communicating with...for sure....she can add ur info (such as: name, d.o.b., file # issued by CPC M) etc.....

yea....based on sank's process....i think it doesnt really matter if e-cas doesnt say "in process"....it's the ppr that matters having ur UCI and Application # on it....
