No i did not receive PPR yet and not any other communication from ND.
It is stressing...........unable to handle it man.....it sucks.....

I have had the same feeling for the last 3 months, now i am like "f$#$k it"....let it happen when it happens..this causes a lot of stress/frustration when you expect things to happen fast...
It is better not to expect anything and live you life instead of waiting for the mail...it sucks big time..consoling her everyday has become a to do on my list...well...you know what i feel
Cos its only me and sid_duo whose files seem to be sitting at delhi without any communication for more than 3 months..

i guess we should give them 6 months time mark....their "standard" timeline... and then we should totally freak out...but again....we will only get a general process and will be put in the queue by saying that "this is taking long because they are waiting for something"....


so...no need to worry....have ur hopes high and u will be through

my application was recieved on 24th february and from that day onwards it just says application recieved

so for u....does it say "medical results have been received" or just "application received"...

btw...when was ur application recieved in delhi...

You will get your PPR soon, depends on the VO..some ppl get it during app receieved status..and some during in process..all the best

yea....just like my sister...she got the ppr letter and additional docs request....while the status still says "application received"....

not to worry mate.... the time game sucks... i know...but this is the only option we have....so we have to stay postive, stay focused and things will sail smooth

yea...not to worry....my sister's application was received on feb 15/11 and she got the ppr letter on feb 24/11 and additional docs request on feb 28/11....


chc had already received the docs and pp on mar 14/11....and now it is just the waiting game

From what i read from this forum it depends on your case, if it is straight forward it could be more emails, more phone bills, more outing pics etc ( if you did not submit all these to begin with or maybe they need a few more ), more passport pages..
If there is a divorse or child involved they ask for more stuff..i am not in that league so no idea..but usually they do not request additional documents if you provided them with plenty when you applied..

Yes, its better not to worry cos when they do ask for additional documents you won't know what they ask anyways..its just their way of handling cases.
Wife sent email to delhi last week and they said they would reply within 28 days and she tried calling but its an automated message asking u to check ur status in ecas..so no idea why my delay is so huge.

Yeah..I agree with your plan if sanyrog is okay with that..But I think, she is planning to depart on March 28, or something...

But i have planned on April 3....

Anyway, nice suggestion...

Maybe you and Nisha could travel on the same flight..and kill time on the flight 8)

i know that wait time gives stress and mood upsets....but hey....if we stay positive....and think that one day it will be our turn....things will go smooth....


not to worry....we will see a status change....or....as long as the visa is granted....who cares about the status change
