i wouldnt call them....u never who is sitting @ the other and might screw up the paper work....

and u know what....the funny thing is...my sister's file was rcvd in delhi on feb 15, 2011 and since then it says "application received"....she had already submitted her pp and additional docs (because chc new delhi asked for it) on mar 14/11 (this is the date when chc new delhi received it)....and it is still saying "application received"....


i wonder that if they ever follow their "operations manual" which is designed for them to use to process cases overseas...

"operations manual" - I believe the one CHC ND has is in "FRENCH" and hence they do not read it or understand it lol

Shouldn't have paid the landing fee upfront, in that case they would have sent a letter asking us to PAY THEM...............

nope...paying the landing fee upfront is a very good thing....reason being is that if u pay them letter...they verify all the details from ottawa and other sources...

so...giving them the full money and then just waiting for the visa is a good thing....

nylalisa should be busy packing..but there was one more member who had the "null" thingy and as usual no one has a clue as to what it means...no idea my friend..

Apparently its a programming error. They are switching systems, creating problems. As far as her file still saying app received, so does mine. It was received Jan 17, 2011, they've asked for docs, ppt, fees and booked the interview. There is no rhyme or reason to how ND operates.

My friend, from what i have seen from this thread..
There is NOTHING known as timeline to benchmark...I missed my PPR and i still do..ppl who applied in 2011 have already got their visa..
so stay calm, we can not predict anything and it only frustates us when we benchmark timelines..
My situation is still the same File has been in ND for 90 days and still no PPR...
Just have to wait...no other options..
be cool, all will be fine and you will get your PPR soon

You do understand that every case is unique and treated by diffetent officers, therefore it is impossible for anyone to tell you why your case is delayed. There are many ppl in your situation and who have applied before you that are still waiting and have no clue why. I dont mean to sound harsh, just stating facts... and to say be patient. And smile, your turn is coming!!!

Congrats!!! am surprised that it took 11days to reach a metro??? am scared nw, it might take more than that for me also as am in Chennai am still eagerly waiting for my ppt too....... Also they ve changed to Decision Made after 5days of issuing the visa?? Can u pls tell me when did they issue the visa?
