Some times we cant help with this immigration issues because its not in our hand. Its about time for us who applied last year and if nothing happens by next week we are planning on living in india for good. Atleast we are together and most importantly relaxed and focused on more important things in life then this stupid visa.

Yup, ND is so horrible. They take their own sweet time to issue PR. They dont issue tourist visa too. And No updates in ecas. All they say is In Process. Why cant they mention exactly what they r doing at present to our files, in ECAS? How much time it l take? It l definitely reduce the emails n CSEnquiries we all are doing.. THEY SHUD REALLY DO THAT YAAR. They r so famous in separating couples!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with u 4Destiny.. U knw v ve also taken the same decision. This month is our deadline for sure.. I cant handle any more stress. Its taken a toll on our health.. Common, when we ve such a nice life partner, we have all these stresses cos of some third person!!! Which is def not worth.. But dont worry 4Destiny, ask ur lawyer to do CSEnquiry. Am sure ul get a positive response within a week. Dont worry. I can totally understand ur pain, 2 yrs is too much withour our spouses!!! I pray the almighty that u shud join ur wife asap!!!

Could there be any reason why our files are still in ND...they are sending PPR for ppl who applied in Jan ! Mine is still in que, so are you..and a few others from 2010 applied.

Did they mention what to bring to the interview and if you would have to be there or on the phone? i would expect these details to be in the letter...

I would expect a letter period... yet we dont have any info so far except the date... not even interview time. I love the fact that as a sponsor I dont have the right to
a persons file that Im responsible for

This is B.S...what happens if you have to book a flight within india to go to delhi and you cant get tickets cos they delay your letter..and how do you prepare without knowing what that mysterious letter contains..these guys are freaks..they are so smart to update ecas with the status yet have no clue abt the letter and when it will reach u...
I am with you, we pay $1100 for the applicant and we don't have the right to ask for info...dumb B.S

Hello folks.. I see a lot of you are impatient here... and so am I.cuz i want my spouse to here ASAP. I am reasonably new to this forum and certainly enjoy the updates and the kinship here.

But what will NewDelhi folks do? I can certainly reach out for those who have their applications delayed...but we do know for a fact that it will be taking us at least 6 -7 months based on what they have posted on the website....so why are we bitching about them?? I can understand if it takes longer than that.. yes we can give them all the shit we want.. but not when we are just 3 months in the process??? we still see people getting their visa is 4 - 6 months..

Think we just have to bring some more positiveness here in our forum...

Wonder what that is???????

Strange...........
Till now I can only login with Sponsor's details as I have not received any letter from ND till date. i dont know ND file number yet to login with Applicant's details.

Same here, the applicant will get her file ID through a PPR..that is the trend....
