hmm.. dont worry. I wish that u get ur PPR by next week. I doubt if they r actually working on our files.. may be our files just sit there.. they ve forgotten abt our files.

Did you send CSE ?

No.. we are in a helpless situation. When I send CSE, I get a reply that am not authorized to get the info, though am the applicant. My representative is so adamant that they will send oly generic email and not CSE. They ve sent two generic emails so far, and no reply yet to both of them.

Oh so I shouldn't expect them to answer my lawyer because he sent email two weeks ago and i have my hopes high.

Yup, dont trust emails.. Ask ur lawyer to do CSE. it has been 1 and half months since my lawyer sent the 1st email, and no response yet. It seems ND can choose not to reply to emails, if vr within 6months timeframe.. But atleast they respond to CSE. So ask them to do CSE. My lawyer is not ready to do that

Hello Fellas;

It looks like everybody is talking about changes on ECAS ?

So i logged into my ECAS and it's the same no change for me:

In Process
We received your application ..........
We started processing your application......
Medical results have been received

I am not sure why few members are experiencing changes in ECAS.
Can you guys try clearing the cache and delete browsing history on your browser and then login using Internet Explorer only and if you have ECAS website as your favourites on the browser do not access it through that link,manually put the address of cic.gc.ca into the address bar and then check the status.

Let me know if that makes a difference for anybody?

Cleared my cache and tried again. Still the same. Medical results line is removed... Dono why they ve removed oly for few ppl, and not for all.. am so scared... hope they ve not lost my medicals..

The line "Medical results have been rec'd" is still showing in my ecas. The lines "We received your application for permanent residence"
and "We started processing your application" is also still showing in ecas for us too.

BUT they keep playing with the address field on our ecas and its bugging me. Sometimes they leave the address field blank, other times it shows old mailing address for hubby, and other times they update it to the new one only to change it back to the old or leave it blank again only days later. We are collecting our mail at our old address here but still they should change it to new one unless ecas has major problems...why does my address field go blank sometimes. And why do they keep changing my address from old to new or frm new to old. What is this about? It puzzles us.

I would love it if I could see my address the new one in ecas for good not having it change back to the old one after only a few days.
My hubby has already updated his address many times through fax, scanned letter via email, Through CSQ, through snail mail...he has always included his signature for authorization so its proper. I think we'll have to call them next week even if its just a general inquiry to ask them why our address field is blank sometimes on ecas and why my address changes several times in just one week. This is serious. Yes we are able to collect our mail still frm old place and its reliable but for someone else they may lose mail even their pp from them this way.

Well, we are off to a beach resort in Goa for 1 week with the hubby and the kids - leaving tomorrow =)

I also went to the one of the best resort their where GOLMAAL 3 shooting was done : Intercontinental Lalit Resort , It was so awesome seriously , Goa rocks !

they have removed medical results received line for me as well.May be they just have checked our medical reports.
