Did u get any reply from ND regarding ur medicals? Did u already do it and send it to delhi?

I got reply after a week, that they are doing BC ,but they didnt mentioned anything regarding going ahead with re-medical, .
that reply was regular reply, just like standard PPR to everyone....so i am quiet on it too
And then last friday , they again added "Medical received" on ECAS.

So, for now we decided to wait and pray

hmm alright. all the best yah background verification reply is the std one.. they l say that bg is going on nw thru some third party. they cannot give u exact time frame when it l be done blah blah..

ha ha ha...yess i suggest they should write exactly the way you mentioned

Hello folks;

Yes it is a standard PPR letter and it took so long ( 13 days to reach Punjab ) but finally it did, we already sent out the passport using Speed post as it is a government service and you can track it too.

The ECAS is still IN PROCESS

There were no deadlines mentioned but they wrote to expedite the process send the documents as soon as possible ( which we did )

@Goodnews my letter was posted on Feb 8th but it took so long so reach me but I am happy it did.

@Fprince you should be getting the PPR anytime this week too keep checking the mail.

@Vish what does your ECAS says ?

Feb the 8th , on that date your ECAS was application received..and they posted PPR and they changed it to In Process on ECAS last week...
These guys are un imaginable.
If i happen to go through the same process, my letter should be in transit to banglore...i hope she gets it tomorrow

No Application received was on January 24th as my File transfer was on January 18th and the PPR letter was typed on 3rd Feb and was posted on 8th Feb and I received it on 23rd Feb so yeah ND is working fast I guess with the trend it looks like that

Question..do they send you a form to sign when u send them the passports? any labels etc?
Does the applicant need to sign any documents when she sends it and can you request for a different return address if you travel?

No There is no form to sign, you just photocopy the PPR and send it along with the passports ( New and old if any )

If you have a different mailing address than permanent address you can mention it in a cover letter but I would avoid doing it because Delhi might delay it for their stupid reasons so just stick to the address you have it on file already,U should get the PPR tomorrow I think
