Congrats Missingyou for the Visa!

Visa Officers work in mysterious ways, one of our friends had to wait so long for her visa as one of her relatives sent the letter to Visa office ND with a photocopy of the passport that the marriage is fake, so ND starting enquiring about that, then they usually send visa officers to the place ( in this case it was native village ) to confirm that if marriage was not fake, they take so much time then.

Some people are so sick and retarded they do fake marriages just to come to Canada and because of them good people like us are suffering as ND is really tight about it now, if they found a single thing that could be suspicious.

As far as photos are concerned they stated it very clearly that photos of religious ceremonies must be included along with the application kit, pheras photos are extremely important, I am not sure why didn't your lawyer advised you before sending the application kit.

For all folks who are going to apply for their spouses in India make sure you use different envelopes for pictures for each ceremony and make an index indicating how many pictures are you sending and which ceremony it is about and label each envelope with The name of the ceremony, Number of photos and Date of the ceremony, that way Visa officer gets a clear picture of whats going on.

Also include at least 30-35 pictures for each ceremony ( engagement, wedding, reception, honeymoon and post wedding )
More the happy pictures more strong is your case

Good luck to all;

Someone please help me,

I'm so confused now:
My wife will be going for medical in 1 or 2 days, but I'm confused as to what I really need for the medical examination, I did read the guide and thats where all the confusion started now.

Please confirm if this is what she will need and that's it:
1) Appendix C of 3904 (found on CIC website) (completed)
2) 5 photos and a NEGATIVE (Appendix B of 3904 (found on CIC website))
NOTE: Negative because this is what I read on the Page # 7 of 3999E Guide:
Additional photograph requirements
Persons living in the countries listed below must also provide a negative and two photos (See Photo Specifications section within this document) for themselves and each family member: Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam.
3) Original Passport (indian)
4) Photocopy of the Passport (we will include the first page, and also the LAST page spouse, mother, father, etc names)

The above is it, also if someone is familiar with medical examiner in Ahmedabad please tell me if we need appointment or just walk in?

Also one more question are photo specifaction on Appendix B of 3904 says to get 6 photos (they are for me to add to my application kit right? and send it to CPC-M)? Please confirm. (so in total we should ask the photographer to provide 11 copies) 5 for meds 6 for app kit?
Also are the specification same for the application kit, and photosize for AN INDIAN PASSPORT? because we have about 50 copies of Indian Passport Size Photo.

Sorry for asking too much, but I just want to makesure everything is good, and I would hate any delays because of me overlooking and not being careful.

Thanks for all the help,

Yes a negative is recommended. They use it with chest Xray. not many DMP use it but they are supposed to.
Also you might need an appointment. Not sure the DMP will allow walk in. better to give him a call first.

Please confirm thank you,

@Panda,

I had white lawyer didn't too much about phera I guess. He doesn't really know phera because he mostly deal with other visa post. He found out about phera when I attended ADR with album lol. Any ways, but in my case they don't really have to look for proof about being real marriages because I provided everything they need from albums to bank account and properties that we own and other proofs and they are satisfied with it so I am not sure what they are looking for and why they are taking so long. Background check should not take that long, if you have not travelled anywhere outside india for more than 6 months and medical is not the issue. I guess they just sit on our file and take random file and process them.
