Just to clarify, I got the notes approx a month after I applied by mail. The $5 cheque was cashed at around the 27 day mark and the notes were delivered by email around the 30 day mark. Yes, send a follow up email and explain the urgency. Hopefully they'll respond faster that way.

Can you please share your GSM notes with us... obviously take out the confidential information... perhaps may be a summary of what you see.. It will be very helpful to understand what goes on behind the doors specially when the case as been completed... and ppl can match,compare to get a better understanding of their own notes...

Hello all
I have recently contacted mla in canada to inquire about my application as it has been very long time i was told that they are still waiting for a background check on my application were as my wife got a letter on may stating that the background check is been completed i have the copy of original police check but delhi people told that they are still waiting for it .i told my wife to mail the original copy of the police check to Delhi with a cover letter by courier.was just wondering will it effect my case as i mailed them the documents and inquired through email twice and then mla Canada inquired too i dont know whats going on really frustrated everytime we inquire they give if answers to everyone .if the lolice check were compleated like 1.5 month ago in canada why wouldnt they have received a copy of that anyone has there views on this

My wife received our Passport today along with COPR. Thank-you everyone for the support and guidance. This is a great community. The only thing I can strong recommend to everyone is just keep PATIENCE. I know it is extremely difficult to be without your loved one, but have trust in the system and it will work as planned. Good Luck to the rest of the applicants!!!!

Got a phone call last night from my MP saying that my husband just got his visa. My MP just sent me the reply he got from Delhi saying that the decision had been made on July 9th and that his passport should be sent shortly.

I can't believe the wait is almost over! Ecas has not been updated yet but that's okay I got it in writing! We are so happy. Hopefully we get the passport back soon so I can book the flight ticket for the 22nd!!!
