Yes, I do not any reason what so ever for you to NOT get the VISA. However, as your case is a little complicated, you most probably will be called for an Interview in Delhi. BTW, did you clear the stage 1 ? I mean did your wife got her sponsorship approval letter/email and now is your file transferred to new delhi ? Or did you just applied and waiting for stage 1 approval first?

wife had applied on 9 th may rec. on 10th or 11 i think. waiting for stage 1 and stage 2 , we r not at all worried for interview because after all we r married and can give all documents and proof watever they want and cannot stay far more if also canada doesnot allow will pursue life somewhere else. my only question is does canada have any problem with second marriage , cant person do second marriage and stay happily , people in canada also do divorce and second marriage .

Sharing my experience. I sent email enquiry to New Delhi VO on June 8th and got reply today July 10th. Nearly after one month.

Wow! That's scary. It's already been nearly 3 and half months since my file was transferred to Delhi, waiting one more month for email reply would drive me insane.

There you go then! Nothing to worry about the second marriage... Canada got no problem with second marriage and divorces..

Just that such scenarios a lot of times come out as bogus/fraud. As you said you are all good as everything with your case is genuine then you dont need to worry about anything. if they call for more information/interview/docs I am sure you can take care of that.. Just relax and wait for it to complete.

plz help me out my hubby sent his passport on 20 june and ND recived on 21 june since then no update still shows application recived when will they update to in process and also when they email u for an interview.
