hi guys

plz help me out my hubby sent his passport on 20 june and ND recived on 21 june since then no update still shows application recived when will they update to in process and also when they email u for an interview.

It can take a while before you see it "In Process". It took us 4 months before it changed. Just need to be patient!

yeah, lets wait and see what comes out in your notes.. there is another 19 Jan applicant whizbee who i think applied for notes and acording to him he see nothing in them! I hope its not the same for u. when did u apply?

I applied June 26 or thereabouts. In my case, since the DM is issued I should see the complete summary of actions taken (eligibility, security, criminality, health) unlike whizbee who I believe isn't "in process" yet and must be so frustrated as to why her file is taking so long...

hi, my wife apply for me outland spouse sponsor visa she is original pr from india(main applicant) got PR in india in 2009 and stays in canda from last 2 and 1/2 yrs. for both of us it is second marriage her 1st husband(dependant visa) got expired in india 2 years back. and i am divorcee from india divorce in dec. 2011.she is also indian but went to canada in 2010 with her daughter, we both meet online from matrimonial website marriage portal www.shaadi.com , i was in india and she was in canada she has 11 yrs daughter from 1st marriage, i know and we both dont have problem too, but will it affect our visa case. can u suggest will this kind of case gets PR visa.
i had never travlled to canada before , but before our marriage i and my mom in feb 2012 apply for visitor visa, wants to get surprised got rejected, wants to give her surprise. i had travel few asian countries and uk for business purpose for few days, between 2005 and 2007
her(wife) age is 33 and mine(husband) is 32, we both meet online in jan 2012 and informed our parents did proper wedding in india in march 2012 and than honeymoon celebrated mine birthday party in april 2012 with friends and family too.she returned to canada after month staying together till april 2012 and with all photos , bills , forms, wedding cards, divorce degree, etc etc.can u help is this case straightforward or complicated. can i get sponsor spouse visa or not. she is working in canada.

The fact that it's a second marriage isn't a cause for rejection but the visa officer will probably look a bit more closely at the circumstances of how you met and developed your relationship and if your families approve. From what you posted above, I think you may be called to an interview (but maybe not) but in any case as you said you're prepared and confident. So all should go well.

we applied for GCMS notes on June 17th and still no reply and my mom called the access to information office many times and no answer. i dont know if they received our request or not or if i filled out the forms right

My GCMS notes took a month last time so give it another couple of weeks before you start worrying... I remember my $5 cheque was cashed one day and the notes arrived a few days later so watch for your payment to show up on your credit card if that's what you used.

the problem is i need GCMS right away as i have interview on 31st of july! i need to know the reason for interview you got GCMS exactly a month after you applied by email or a month after your payment or when it showed on your credit card? i also applied by credit card and sent my application the same day. do you think i should send a follow up email askign if they received my request and put another email address there in case they need it?

Just to clarify, I got the notes approx a month after I applied by mail. The $5 cheque was cashed at around the 27 day mark and the notes were delivered by email around the 30 day mark. Yes, send a follow up email and explain the urgency. Hopefully they'll respond faster that way.
