I am in the same boat, Dont know what to do! Its really frustrating that you dont know where your application is!

And the saddest part is that it is preferable to wait till 5 to 6 months before taking any step. So long waiting for candidate like us :-[

Hey guys!! My uncle went to the office in New Delhi on my behalf and picked up my passport with the other documents!

I can't wait to have it in my hands!!! Which will be in 3 weeks, my aunt is going to bring it to me for me!

friendz, i just married to canadian citizen girl and i am going to put my file up on... me and my wife met in usa before 7 years and i love her alot and she do the same... problem is shes older than me 6 years.

now i am worried about interview? should i be asked for interview? what if i fail in interview? plz i cant live without her and i love her so much... plz help me friendz... i want to waive my interview anyhow.. thanxz in advance friendz...

does anyone in the forum has a clue that how long does it take to get passport back once u send it to delhi .am going into depression its my wifes birthday on june 10 and its her first birthday after our marrage and she is eagerly waiting for me i submitted my passport on 23 feb .it say in process and also we received ur application in nov2011 and we started processing ur applicationon feb23 and at the same time they asked me for ur passport i was in canada i came back and submitted it at delhi .my wife went to mla office and she was tolk that they r doing a backround check but that was a month ago .help me please with views and suggestions

Hi,

It's been 3 months I did not receive any response from Delhi and no PPR yet. My file was sent to New-Delhi on 27th Feb 2012.

eCase says Application Received-- " Application received on xxxx date and medical result received".

Is there anything to do? It could be great if get any response.

Most of cases PPR are sent to the applicants within two months time frame and in seldom cases I witnessed applicant received during the final review of the case file and some case PPR lost in transit.

Kindly do CSE or approach local MP @ Canada.

PS : Now a days I guess PPR are sent via email. Kindly check your email ID which you have mentioned in the application.

M living Canada n wife in India, file and medical recieve dec20 , 2011,passport sent 13 feb ,2012 Plz comment how long time I will have to wait for visa or wt will happen next with file?

Do you possess all the relation proof from since you met her and till date i.e 7 years

Is it first marriage between both of you ? Hope ur marriage was arranged and u possess all the photographs ( Wedding, engagement...etc).

Hi Friends,
I am sponsoring my wife, few days back I moved to a new address in Canada, and I updated that in E-CAS, there was an option to add my family member who is moving with me.I was careless enough and selected my wife's name and added her UCI # . Now in her E-CAS the Address is updated to my new Address and I don't have the option to update it with an Indian address anymore.
Do you guys think this is a problem. Will they send any documents or PP to my Canadian address whenever they are ready.

I need experts advice on this Please.

My wife received her PPR today from CHC-ND via email. They haven't mentioned anything about including a prepaid envelope when sending the passport for return. Should I include a self-addressed prepaid DHL envelope anyway?? Has anybody done that?

There is no need to enclose any self addressed envelope, kindly shoot your spouse PP via Bluedart (DHL) along with the covering letter and a copy of the PPR/ RPRF. Good luck.

How come CPC-Mississauga can approve your file in just 6 days and send it to New Delhi ? ???

but PPR has taken 108 days in New Delhi, which is again very unusual for your timeline as other Feb-Jan applicants have got it in about 10 days or so.....

just ready for interview.My interview is on next week.
Prepare everything,,phone bills from both sides,,text messages from both sides.emails,yahoo conversation history,skype call & chat log.
greetings,skype snapshot galary pictures,,. wedding album,reception album,,ring ceremoney picture,,and some outing pic of religious places.

Guys give me any other advice what i should take with me to prove them about our relationship.???

Congratulations! Make sure the perticulars in your visa are correct such as your name, passport# etc.
