hey guys!

ok so our ppr reuest was sent on april 20th. they recieved his passport on april 23rd. on a letter we recieved last week dated may 9th they requested extra documents fb records etc. Which ND recieved on may 17th. Our status on ecas is still application recieved. i believe we will get straight to decision made rather than in process. i'm leaving for india on the 7th. i also attached a copy of my ticket and my pay slip as i work as a preschool teacher. i really hope this process ends fast. i'm not looking forward to the heat. i'm dying to see my hubby though

Medical results have been received.

chc new Delhi request for my passport on 6th march i submitted on 7th march after that they require more documents which i submitted on 29th march 2012 .
my cases take longer than the 6 months. is There still be checks to complete once the passport is received?
Because they require more documents(past divorce petition and judgement) which i submitted on 29th march 2012. When the documents were requested they given the last date (7 may) to submit the papers.

What will happens next?
is the file will continue to be process?
any divorce applications for spouse visa? :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

As par of my knowledge I guess the additional documents requested by VO is to clarify the authentication and proceed for final review. Hope you will be hearing good news very soon. Good luck

It's been 3 months I did not receive any response from Delhi and no PPR yet. My file was sent to New-Delhi on 27th Feb 2012.

eCase says Application Received-- " Application received on xxxx date and medical result received".

Is there anything to do? It could be great if get any response.

M living Canada n wife in India, file and medical recieve dec20 , 2011,passport sent 13 feb ,2012 Plz comment how long time I will have to wait for visa or wt will happen next with file?

Hey guys!! My uncle went to the office in New Delhi on my behalf and picked up my passport with the other documents!

I can't wait to have it in my hands!!! Which will be in 3 weeks, my aunt is going to bring it to me for me!

I have applied for Quebec skilled immigration.
gave my TCFQ test. Can some one please let me know if IELTS is also a mandatory requirement.?
even though all your schooling, college, university and work is in English language.?

Though I believe this is a wrong forum to ask about skilled worker because this is solely for family class immigration. But as far as I know Yes it is mandatory unless you have done your schooling from CA itself.

I am in the same boat, Dont know what to do! Its really frustrating that you dont know where your application is!

friendz, i just married to canadian citizen girl and i am going to put my file up on... me and my wife met in usa before 7 years and i love her alot and she do the same... problem is shes older than me 6 years.

now i am worried about interview? should i be asked for interview? what if i fail in interview? plz i cant live without her and i love her so much... plz help me friendz... i want to waive my interview anyhow.. thanxz in advance friendz...
