Hello All,

Our application has been approved and has been transfered to New Delhi last week.

Online status now shows -> Medical received as well.

Do u know how will New Delhi request for passport. Do they email me (sponsor) or Applicant or they just send a letter.

Really appreciate if some one can help us with this.

In my case, they emailed me (applicant) for passport request.

I received an email from cic asking me for the address to send the passport within nepal india or bhutan.right now I am residing in usa....i had sent my address along with the passport too. So is it a sign that they are ready to send my passport back? Or they r just updating my file

It reads the following now:
We received xxxxx xxxx's application for permanent residence on January 19, 2012.
We started processing xxxx xxxx's application on May 18, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

Do you guys know what the next timeline is going to be?

Today my eCAS status updated to In Process..soooo happy to see that..the wait is finally over i guess...nd all my support to januarians as i think nd is speeding up the process..

They'll reach out to the applicant..
If you opted for email correspondence, they will email you asking for your pp and police clearance n other docs( if you haven't submitted earlier).
If you have opted for correspondence by post.. Shud come in 2 weeks..

Hello,

Our Sponsorship approval came on May 7. We haven't received PPR yet. When we do get PPR, do we send the Passport by Indian speed post or a courier service? Does CHC-ND have a preference?

i am leaving to india in 2 weeks. I want to spend the rest of my time waiting for his visa with him. i rcieved a letter asking for moredocuments facebook,email, phonebills, love letters and cards. I also attached my airline ticket and my visa to get into india. New delhi recieved the package on the 17th. Will they start processing rightaway??????
